PRESCHOOL PROGRAM
Preschool NurseryNursery and/or preschool activities are provided for children (birth through 3 years) located in Building "D" during all services.
On Sunday mornings, preschoolers are grouped by age/development as follows:
OUR PRIORITIES
Sunday Morning ActivitiesOur priorities are your child's safety and development of spiritual, physical, emotional, and social skills.
OUR LEADERS
Sunday School for PreschoolersPreschool leaders are trained to "get down" and play with the kids, guide their play, encourage exploration, and look for teaching opportunities. All preschool workers must meet with the Preschool Director and fill out a screening form before working in any preschool ministry room. Furthermore, there are always at least two leaders in every preschooler's room.
SECURITY
Kids Coloring"No beeper, no baby." For your peace of mind and the safety of all preschoolers, we have implemented a pager system. Pagers are assigned, numerically, to adults when a child is left in the preschool building. The appropriate pager must be returned to preschool workers in order to pick up a child. Pagers also allow preschool workers to contact parents in case of an emergency.
